REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL No. 23/2020 – NASH – In vivo study on therapeutic efficacy of two chitinase inhibitors and reference compound in NASH mouse model
The order is carried out in connection with the planned application for funding of the project entitled:
– “RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF A SMALL MOLECULE INHIBITOR OF CHITOTRIOSIDASE 1 (CHIT1) AS A NEW, EFFECTIVE THERAPY FOR NONALCOHOLIC STEATOHEPATITIS (NASH).”
As part of the competition 3/1.1.1/2020 – Fast track for Mazovia announced by The National Center of Research and Development as part of the Submeasure 1.1.1 of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and because of the competitiveness principle.

In vivo study on therapeutic efficacy of two chitinase inhibitors and reference compound in diet-induced mouse model of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), performed using animals with confirmed disease (biopsy and histopathological assessment).
