The request for offers is carried out with the reference to the application process for the grant titled:
DUBs – RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF DEUBIQUITINASE INHIBITORS IN ANTITUMOR IMMUNOTHERAPY
which would be co-financed by the European Union Funds and because of the competitiveness principle We hereby look for Contractor ready to perform the service:
Testing the inhibitory activity of 10 compounds provided by OAT in human deubiquitinase (DUB) panel, containing 40 DUBs from the deubiquitinase superfamily. The requested screening will be done at a single concentration (determined by OAT from range 10-100 µM) of a compound, performed in duplicates or triplicates.
