Przedmiot zamówienia: Sukcesywne zaopatrzenie laboratoriów łódzkiego i warszawskiego w suchy lód dostawa 2 x w tygodniu oraz ciekły azot przez okres 6 miesięcy od daty obowiązywania umowy.

Po zebraniu wszystkich informacji dotyczących przedmiotowego zamówienia oraz po przeprowadzeniu analizy kompletności ofert, Komisja stwierdza, że najkorzystniejszą ofertę spełniającą wszystkie wymogi zawarte w ogłoszeniu o zaproszeniu do składania ofert przedstawiła firma:

Pakiet 2 Część 2 – Medgaz Sp. z o.o., ul. Sienkiewicza 153/1A, 90-302 Łódź; całkowita wartość netto zamówienia: 1 728,00 zł

Wyłonieni Dostawcy uzyskali najwyższą sumaryczną liczbę punktów w ramach ocenianych kryteriów. Komisja rekomenduje Zarządowi zlecenie wykonania przedmiotowego zamówienia do realizacji na warunkach złożonych ofert powyższym oferentom.

OBJECT FOR THE REQUEST: In vitro safety studies for pharmaceutical safety and determination of ADME parameters (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Excretion) for small molecule compounds within 7 months from the validation of the agreement.

After collecting all the information regarding the request for proposal and after analyzing the completeness of the offers, the Tender Commission concludes that the most advantageous offer meeting all the requirements contained in the request has been presented by:

Part 2: Selvita S.A., Bobrzyńskiego 14, 30-348 Kraków, total net price of the order execution: : 32 620,00 EUR (146 476,85 PLN)
Part 3: Eurofins Panlabs Inc., 6 Research Park Drive – St Charles, MO, 63304, USA, total net price of the order execution: : 99 228,20 EUR (445 574,31 PLN)

The Commission recommends the Management Board to perform the order in accordance with the offer submitted by this Contractors.

Przedmiot zamówienia: Usługa badawcza polegająca na ocenie bezpieczeństwa farmakologicznego in vitro oraz wyznaczaniu parametrów ADME (absorpcja, dystrybucja, metabolizm i wydalanie) dla związków małocząsteczkowych przez okres 7 miesięcy od daty obowiązywania umowy.

Wyłoniony Wykonawca uzyskał najwyższą sumaryczną liczbę punktów w ramach ocenianych kryteriów. Komisja rekomenduje Zarządowi zlecenie wykonania przedmiotowego zamówienia do realizacji na warunkach złożonej oferty powyższemu oferentowi.
