Sławomir Piotr Broniarek

Has almost 20 years’ experience in capital markets. During 1996-2000 he worked in the Department of Market Surveillance for the Securities and Exchange Commission (now the national Financial Supervision Authority) and as the Secretary of the Examination Commission for Investment Advisors. From 2000 to 2008 he worked in Pocztylion-Arka PTE SA as a Financial Controller and later as the Director of the Finance Department. From June 2008 till March 2011 he was employed by OPERA TFI SA, OPERA Dom Maklerski Sp. o.o. and OPERA-Kwiatkowski & Partners S.K.A. as Director of the Department of Finance & Accounting. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of the Brokerage Houses such as TMS Brokers S.A and FIT SA.

Slawek graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Marketing and Management, then finished postgraduate studies in enterprise value management at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, the Management 2008 course and Strategic Leadership Academy™ 2019 course at the Canadian International Management Institute and Harvard Business School Publishing.
